Sonar Sub

Sonar Sub was made for the K-12 Educational Games platform Legends of Learning. Designed to teach 3rd-5th grade students about the properties of sound waves, the game mixes arcade style gameplay with quiz questions that reward the player with upgrades to enhance their avatar.

 

It does not feature a traditional fail-state, instead it rewards players with extra points for avoiding obstacles, but weights these much lower than correctly answering questions regarding the educational content.

It is playable with a mouse, keyboard, or touch screen device.
